Designed as a dedicated adults-only retreat, the cabin features a cozy layout with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, providing a private space for up to 2 guests. The interior is equipped for relaxation and unplugging, featuring a DVD player with a selection of movies, as well as games and puzzles to enjoy during your stay.

Step outside to your private outdoor area, where no shared spaces exist. You can soak in the private hot tub under a canopy of stars, roast marshmallows in the open fire pit, or enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area. For those looking to explore, the cabin is just minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, where you will find charming gift shops, local eateries, breweries, historic bath houses, and some of the most breathtaking hiking trails in Arkansas.

Located on a gated rural gravel road surrounded by beautiful trees and native wildlife, the property offers a secluded feel while remaining close to the city. Please note that a vehicle or rideshare is necessary as there is no public transportation in the area.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM (Late check-outs must be pre-approved and paid; otherwise, a $75 charge applies)
• Occupancy: Maximum of 2 adults only. Violation results in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Pets: No pets or ESAs allowed ($200 unauthorized animal fee). Service animals require a meet-and-greet upon arrival.
• Smoking: Allowed outside only. Smoking or vaping inside results in a $100 charge.
• Fire Safety: No outside firewood allowed due to invasive insects; firewood is available for sale on site. Fires only in the designated fire pit.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Other Restrictions: No candles or wax melt burners. Maximum booking length is 7 days.
