RESERVATION AGREEMENT Upon booking, you will receive a link to a Reservation Agreement that must be completed and e-signed within 48 hours. This document includes the names of adult guests, ages of children, contact information of the booking guest, and a legal agreement. If you’d like to review the full agreement before booking, please inquire.

NO SMOKING Our property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the premises, both indoors and outdoors.

SAVANNAH CITY RENTAL RULES Savannah has strict short-term rental regulations. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Our home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Only the guests listed in the Reservation Agreement are permitted entry; no additional visitors are allowed.

PARKING We provide parking for up to 4 vehicles: two may park in the driveway, and two additional spaces are available on nearby designated street parking. Please do not block neighboring driveways.

TRASH Please ensure all trash is securely bagged and placed in the designated trash bins. Proper disposal helps protect our beautiful area.

NOISE Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 9 am. “Savannah Coastal Charm” is in a peaceful neighborhood, and we ask that all guests respect the surroundings and neighbors. Excessive noise, music, or unruly behavior is prohibited. If a noise complaint is received, a warning may be issued; subsequent complaints may result in cancellation without refund.

MOVEMENT OF FURNITURE For safety, please refrain from moving furniture within the home. All household items should remain in their designated areas.

HOUSE RULES - SHOES & FOOD We kindly request that guests remove shoes indoors. Please bring slippers or indoor footwear for added comfort. Food and drinks should be enjoyed in the kitchen, dining, and designated eating areas. Let us know if any item requires attention upon arrival or during your stay.

PET POLICY We’re pleased to welcome well-behaved pets at Savannah Coastal Charm! However, pets must not be left unattended at any time to ensure their comfort and the protection of the property. Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive pet-related cleaning needs. Please ensure you include them in your party when you book. Thank you.

CHILDREN Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children in all common areas.

A complimentary pack-and-play can be provided for children under 2 years of age (guests supply their own linens). No baby gates or outlet guards are provided, so please consider these aspects before booking.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY Commercial photography or filming is not allowed without prior written permission. If you’d like to arrange a contract for commercial use, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
