Designed for versatility, the estate consists of two separate homes. The main house features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The upper level hosts the primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bath featuring a jetted tub, alongside three additional bedrooms (three kings, and one room with both a king and a queen). For guests preferring no stairs, a queen bedroom and full bath are conveniently located on the main level. The separate carriage house, accessible via its own private entrance and keypad, offers two additional bedrooms (one king and one queen) and a full bath, making it an ideal retreat for grandparents or those seeking extra privacy.

Spread across five distinct living spaces, the manor avoids the "one big room" feel. Guests can enjoy a living room, a sitting room, a secondary sitting area off the kitchen, a full kitchen, and a dining area with a single table that seats all 16 guests. For outdoor relaxation, the covered patio includes mosquito netting for comfortable Kentucky evenings.

Entertainment is central to the experience with two dedicated game rooms located on the main floor and in the basement, featuring a pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, and board games. The five-acre grounds include a private pickleball court (equipment provided) and a basketball court, both open year-round, as well as a heated in-ground pool available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Located about 20 minutes from downtown Louisville and 25 minutes from the airport, the manor offers a quiet escape while remaining close to Churchill Downs, Whiskey Row, and the Parklands of Floyds Fork. A car is essential for exploring the surrounding bourbon country and local attractions.
