Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms each with queen beds, plus a futon in the upstairs game room. A half bath on the main floor and a 4-piece bathroom upstairs provide convenience for all guests.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. All guests must sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government-issued photo ID. Primary renter must be over 25. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests (6 adults maximum). A $500 security deposit is required. The property has exterior security cameras and interior monitoring devices. Linens are available for $20 per person. Any house rule violations result in immediate termination without refund.
