The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious King sized bed on the main floor, while the upper level features two comfortable bedrooms each with a Queen bed. For additional flexibility, a futon is located in the upstairs game room.

Inside, you will find an open concept living space bathed in natural light, featuring plush couches and a large Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, serving as a haven for culinary adventures. For entertainment and wellness, the home boasts a dedicated games room with a pool table and ping pong, as well as a basement fitness area equipped with an elliptical and exercise bike. The bathrooms are equally impressive, including a main floor 4-piece ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub and a second 4-piece bathroom upstairs.

Step outside to a large deck with a sprawling umbrella, perfect for outdoor dining, or gather around the cozy firepit to toast marshmallows under the stars.
