Rental Agreement – To finalize and guarantee your reservation, we ask all booking guests to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of a valid photo ID within 48 hours of booking. For last-minute reservations, the agreement must be signed at least 24 hours prior to check-in on the arrival date. If the Rental Agreement and photo ID are not received within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and the cancellation will be processed in accordance with our stated cancellation policy.

Check-In: 4:00 PM – our unique door code will be activated at 4:00 PM for convenient self check-in.

Check-Out: 10:00 AM – Our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the home for the next guests. We kindly ask that you depart by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs that have not been pre-approved may incur a fee of $50 per 30 minutes.

Parking – Up to 4–5 vehicles may park in the driveway. Street parking is not available. Please plan accordingly.

Smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Because odor removal between guest stays is both time-sensitive and costly, evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $350 remediation fee.

Dogs – We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior owner approval. A $115 fee per dog per stay applies. For everyone’s comfort and to prevent damage, dogs must be crated if left unattended. We also kindly ask that dogs not be left alone for extended periods, as barking can disturb neighbors. Dogs under one year of age are not permitted. Current vaccination records may be requested.

Occupancy & Gatherings – Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight at the property. Unauthorized overnight guests or events are not permitted. If the home is occupied by more guests than stated on the reservation, additional charges may apply and the reservation may be terminated without refund. For everyone’s safety and comfort, exterior noise monitoring devices are in use. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in removal from the property and may incur additional fees.

Quiet Hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM – While this is a vacation destination, it is also a residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum during quiet hours. Guests who generate repeated noise complaints may be asked to leave without refund.

Age Requirement – The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.
