This cozy yet surprisingly spacious houseboat is designed for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and 1 spacious bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The interior includes an inviting living area perfect for relaxing and a fully equipped kitchen providing everything needed to prepare delicious meals for two.

• Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests
• Parking: 1 vehicle only at Sunset Marina; trailer parking is not permitted
• Pets: Not allowed (note: property is not pet-free as owners have non-hypoallergenic pets)
• Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) and 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
• Restrictions: No swimming allowed in the marina; no parties or events permitted
• Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+ and stay for the full duration; signed rental agreement and valid ID required
• Fees: $500 security hold required; wastewater pump-outs during stay cost $250
• Note: This is a stationary overnight accommodation and is not available to cruise on the lake. It may not be ideal for those prone to sea sickness. Expect lake wildlife such as ducks, geese, and bees.
