This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with flexible sleeping arrangements. The bedroom features your choice of a comfortable king bed or twin over queen bunk, plus additional sleeping space on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The stylish living area features a smart TV and comfortable couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa - a wonderful place to kick up your feet at the end of the day.

The bathroom is equipped with essentials and features a walk-in shower to freshen up after a day on the slopes. Additional showers are available in the pool area if needed.

Your slope-side location puts you just off the bunny trail of Sunday River Ski Resort with multiple breweries and restaurants only 5 minutes away. Bethel Village is a 12-minute drive, while Mt. Abram Ski & Bike Park is 20 minutes away. The Maine Gem & Mineral Museum is also just 12 minutes from your door.

The shared amenities at Fall Line Condos include a communal indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna. Pool and common room hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday through Thursday (closed Tuesdays), and 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Friday and Saturday.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM with convenient self check-in via keypad. Please note the minimum booking age is 25, and guests must complete a separate rental agreement. No parties, smoking, pets, or unregistered guests are permitted. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
