A third bedroom offers a double and single bed. This level also boasts a modern open-plan living room and kitchen flooded with natural sunlight, along with a dedicated utility area. An internal stairway leads to the lower ground level annex, which serves as a second self-catering sanctuary. This space includes two additional air-conditioned bedrooms (one king and one double/single configuration), a second living room, a kitchenette, and a dining area, making it ideal for those seeking extra privacy.

Outdoor living is the heart of the Villa Luar experience. Guests can lounge on the private terrace, complete with reclining sun loungers and cosy rattan furniture perfect for morning coffees or afternoon cocktails. The outdoor area is a haven for entertainment, featuring a brick-built BBQ, a pergola for alfresco feasts, a hot tub, and a private outdoor pool with Roman steps. For added enjoyment, the pool is heated from November to April, and the villa provides complimentary pool towels, a pool table, and table tennis.

Practical details include off-road parking and specific accessibility notes: the front door has one step, and there are 17 steps to the lower ground floor via external access. Please note that a ramp exists to the lower patio doors, though it is quite steep.
