For additional flexibility, the open-concept living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Minimum rental age is 25; a signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required for the primary renter.
• Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles, permitted in the driveway only per city ordinance.
• Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed (max 40 lbs each). Pets must be pre-approved, paid for via the guest listing, and kept on a leash when outdoors.
• Occupancy: Maximum of 10 people regardless of age.
• Please note: Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated during holidays, Spring Break, or peak season (May through September).
