Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve and are required to sign a rental agreement and upload a photo ID. No parties are permitted, and smoking is prohibited indoors. Please be aware that the driveway is steep; 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended, particularly in winter. A per-booking damage waiver fee is included in the reservation, covering accidental damage up to $5,000 if reported before checkout. For safety, three exterior security cameras are active on the property.
