Discover the ultimate mountain retreat at Sunrise Vista, a peaceful and secluded cabin perched 4,400 feet high in Boone, North Carolina. This stunning escape offers breathtaking long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and unforgettable sunrises that give the home its name.
The cabin is thoughtfully designed across three levels to maximize both privacy and entertainment. The lowest level serves as a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, a children's foosball table, board games, a large screen TV, and comfortable seating, along with a full bathroom and a convenient mudroom for jackets. The main level is the heart of the home, containing the kitchen and a dining area with seating for six and counter seating for four. This level also houses two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and another featuring a single twin bed plus a twin bunk bed—shared by one full bathroom. For ultimate privacy, the third level is dedicated to a private king bedroom with its own full bathroom and a small desk area perfect for a workspace.
Outdoor living is a highlight of the experience. You can sip your morning coffee on the front deck while watching the sunrise or head to the secluded back deck to enjoy the grill and hot tub. In the front yard, a cozy fire pit overlooks the mountains, with wood generally provided for your use.
Located just 7 minutes from downtown Boone, you are perfectly positioned to explore the High Country. Local attractions are within easy reach, including Kidd Brewer Stadium (3 miles), Tweetsie Railroad (6.7 miles), Rocky Knob Mountain Bike Park (6.5 miles), and Appalachian Ski Mountain (8.1 miles). Further excursions can take you to Blowing Rock (11 miles) or Grandfather Mountain State Park (12 miles).

Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, booking guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement with photo ID. No door entry code will be provided without a signed rental agreement.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No Smoking or vaping. No pets. No parties/events. If excessive cleaning or smoke odor removal is needed after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be applied. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM. Bringing in extra overnight guests not listed on the reservation or more than the number listed, without advanced notification and approval, will be grounds for eviction. A 4WD/AWD is needed to get up to the top of the driveway. For other vehicles, there is ample parking at the bottom of the driveway for up to 3 cars and will require walking up about 75 feet to the cabin.
From November to March, a 4WD/AWD and chains will be needed for your safe arrival if there is snow or icy conditions, which is likely in the winter. Parking is recommended and available at the bottom of the driveway during ice and snowy conditions with a 75 foot walk up to the cabin. Check the weather prior to your arrival and plan accordingly. The cabin is located at a higher elevation than the town of Boone which means there may be a bit more snow and colder temperatures than Boone. No refunds are offered for weather-related issues. Use of the outdoor steps to the back deck during the wintertime when there is ice or snow is at your own risk and not recommended. $50 charge per each 15 minute increment for unapproved late check out past 11 am $100 extra cleaning fee for extraordinary cleaning $250 fee for unauthorized pets - Before checkout
