• Primary renter must be at least 26 years old
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and a $250 pet fee (no aggressive breeds)
• Prohibited: Parties, weddings, ceremonies, events, smoking, vaping, and fireworks
• Requirement: Rental agreement and security deposit hold are required
