Upstairs, you will find two inviting bedrooms: a primary suite featuring a king bed and a second bedroom offering two twin beds, both equipped with brand new memory foam mattresses. These sleeping quarters are served by a full bathroom and benefit from central heating and air conditioning.

The downstairs area is designed for comfort and convenience, comprising a living room, dining room, and kitchen. This level is climate-controlled by three separate mini-split units that provide both heat and cold. For added convenience, a half bath is located just off the kitchen, and the space includes a full washer and dryer.

Outside, the property extends to an inviting outdoor space with a grassy area perfect for pets and a fully fenced backyard. Guests will also appreciate the extra-long driveway with ample room for two or more vehicles.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A simple rental agreement will be sent after booking to ensure clear expectations and house rules. Please be aware of the cancellation policy: 100% of booking charges (less a $40 fee) are refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival; 50% (less a $40 fee) are refunded if cancelled more than 30 days prior. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. A minimum 3% (at least $40) cancellation fee applies to all requests.
