Starboard features a leather sofa, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a primary queen bedroom with backyard views, and a second bedroom with two queen beds. Port Side offers a bright atmosphere with a king bed in the primary room, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with gas stainless steel appliances. The Historic Anchor is an inviting downstairs studio featuring two queen beds, a full bed, and a twin trundle, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Access to all units is provided via digital keypads for a contactless arrival. Guests must digitally sign the rental agreement upon booking, and a $500 security deposit hold is authorized two days prior to arrival. Pets are welcome with a fee of $105 per night, per pet. To ensure a peaceful stay for all, parties, loud gatherings, smoking, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited. Please note that during hurricane season (June 1 – November 30), travel insurance is strongly recommended.
