The second bedroom is equally spacious, providing two queen beds and a roomy closet. For convenience, the home includes a full bath with a renovated stand-up shower and a separate half bath, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to get ready.

The heart of the home is a comfortable living area bathed in natural light, featuring a leather sofa and a smart TV. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances—including a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full refrigerator—plus a Keurig with starter k-cups to kickstart your mornings.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets are welcome with a fee of $35/night per pet plus taxes.
• No smoking or illegal drug use.
• No parties or loud gatherings.
• Booking Requirements: A digitally signed rental agreement is required upon confirmation, and a $500 security deposit hold is authorized 2 days prior to arrival.
• Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30): Travel insurance is strongly recommended; refunds for weather are only provided if an evacuation order is issued for the immediate area.
