• Access: This is the upper-left unit of a triplex (address 1703). Guests have exclusive access to this unit; outdoor common areas like the porch and backyard may be shared with other units.
• Rules: No smoking, no illegal drug use, and no parties or loud gatherings.
• Requirements: A digitally signed rental agreement is required upon booking. A $500 security deposit hold is authorized 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after checkout.
• Pets: Pets are welcome with a fee of $35 per night per pet plus taxes.
