The dedicated Game Room is a highlight, featuring a 65" TV with cable and a sports package, alongside a pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and darts. Outside, the huge backyard serves as a private oasis, boasting a recently renovated pool with a water slide, an above-ground jacuzzi (heated at no additional charge), and a fire table. For those who love outdoor competition, the yard also includes a mini horseshoe pit and giant jenga. For added convenience, every bedroom and living area is equipped with a Smart TV.

Location is everything, and this property puts you just 3 miles from the best of Lake Havasu City. You are a short trip away from the iconic London Bridge, the Lake Havasu Marina, and a variety of local restaurants and bars.

To ensure a peaceful experience for all, this home is not a party pad. We strictly enforce a 10 PM city noise ordinance; outside noise must be kept to a minimum after this time. Additionally, guests must not park across the street on neighboring properties. For security and coordination, the home is equipped with three security cameras located at the parking areas and front door.
