Check in and check out times are strictly enforced unless agreed upon before hand. Arrangements can be made in advance as long as it does not interfere with other bookings or our cleaning schedule. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

Check-in Procedure: There is an electronic lock on site for self check-in to the house.

The day before your arrival we will provide the code for the entry door. This code will only be enabled at your checkin time and will changed after every guest.

Check-out Procedure: Close all windows, turn off all lights, check all doors are locked and ensure the garage door closes fully prior to departure. We appreciate guests who treat our space as if it were their own!

Not a Party House! This unit should not be rented for parties or events. We respect our neighborhood. No under-aged drinking allowed on the premises. Any additional guests visiting the property must be noted and agreed upon with us in advance. There are to be no overnight guests not originally registered for the booking.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking rental and will be strictly enforced. Any smoke smell found in the unit after your departure will result in additional cleaning costs.

Most rooms have two smoke alarms. A wired smoke alarm that came with the home and an upgraded smoke alarm which connects directly to the fire station in the case of an emergency.

Parking: There is a two car garage and plenty of room for additional cars in the driveway. The garage can be opened from inside only.

For security reasons, the garage door MUST be closed at all times if you are not entering or exiting. We also ask that you make sure that the garage door is completely closed before leaving, as items may block the sensor and re-open the door.

Infants and Children: We welcome your little ones! Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with children and their ages. We are happy to provide a pack & play with linens, high chair, children’s plates, cups and utensils, and an infant bath tub insert.

The space is suitable for children but is not guaranteed to be baby-proof or child-proof. Please inspect the space upon arrival for any hazards. It is your responsibility to watch your children at all times.

Pets: No pets. Violation of this rule may result in a fee of up to $500.

Trash: Trash and recycling cans are located on the West side of the house, in front of the fence. Trash is collected on Tuesdays.

Lawn Maintenance: We have someone come mow the lawn 2-3 times a month. They are usually in and out within 15-20 minutes.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen! If you or your guests break something, we ask that you notify us so that we can arrange replacement through the airbnb app, if necessary. If you notify us, we will not hold it against you in your review. Thanks!

Security: Your safety matters. This property features a video doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and four security cameras on the outside corners of the house. These cameras are for security and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device.

The living room has an ADT glass break sensor. The only purpose of that sensor is to detect glass breaking frequencies in an outdoor window or glass door. This is not a recording device.

Issues: We ask that our guests reach out to us with any issues or concerns via the Airbnb chat in a timely manner during your stay.

Liability: The owner of the home does not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owner harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of anything arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise.

Violators to the above rules will have their stay canceled with no refund and may incur additional charges to cover damages.
