Extra notes:

Temporary Stay Agreement: A legal agreement must be E-signed before your arrival. Your reservation will be cancelled if you refuse or fail to sign it. A government-issued ID will be required at the moment of signing the Renters Agreement.

Security: This property features 3 exterior security cameras, on the front, side and back of the house, all facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. Any intentional attempt to block the cameras will be penalized. See penalty fees below.

Guests: Only confirmed guests are allowed into the unit, so please make sure you add the correct number of guests to your reservation.

Extra Guests: If you have visitors for the day, please let me know prior to their arrival. We charge per guest per night and any non-confirmed guest entering the unit will be charged. See penalty fees below.

-All complaints for cleanliness, missing, broken or dirty items should be addressed through the platform with images and clear statements on your check in date. By not sending them by 23.59 PM of your check in date, you are granting that the unit and everything inside of it is 100% accurate, clean and in good shape.

-2 cars can be parked in the driveway. Extra vehicles should be parked in the street parking (first-come, first-served basis)

-Garbage pick up dates are Tuesday and Friday morning. If you can help us by bringing the garbage can to the curb on Monday or Thursday night, it will be much appreciated.

-Please clean lint filter before/after using the dryer.

-The light fixtures on the bedrooms fans do not have a lightbulb. 

-If the AC is not working, you can use the ceiling fans. We also left 3 extra box fans for you. You'll find them in the master bedroom's closet.

-I left extra comforters in the master bedroom's closet. 

-Linen for the folding bed will be on top of it with an extra pillow.

-Please use the information provided to login to the wifi network. Once you find the network name, you'll be re-directed to a browser where you'll need to add some extra information in order to be connected. If you are having difficulties connecting your devices, please message me.

-This property features lush landscaping. Please keep all doors and windows closed at all times to avoid palmetto and general environmental bugs from entering inside the house.

-Be aware that you are visiting a tropical weather state and you might experience more bugs and insects than in your home state/country. We do pest control services every 30 days inside and outside the house.

-No mails are allowed to be sent to the unit. Please ship any packages to the closest post office and pick them up. 

-If you bring a pet with you, you will be asked to pick up after them.

-No parties or any types of gatherings allowed.

• Only Verified Users can book (if you are not verified, you will be asked to submit an ID through the Airbnb chat)

-Check in is after 5:00 PM and before 9:00 PM 

-Check out is before 10 AM 

• This unit is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be texted the Check in Date. You will enter this code on the keypad on the front or side door of the home. 

-Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM 

-Subject to availability, there is a fee for a guaranteed early check in or late check out 

-No mails are allowed to be sent to the unit without prior approval from the host 

-Please be aware that while the images accurately depict the area and features, certain items shown are solely for display and are not included.

Penalties and Extra Fees:

-Any intentional attempt to block the cameras will be penalized with a $500 fee.

-Any non-confirmed guest entering the unit will be charged as a confirmed guest for the entire length of your reservation.

-$100 per pet fee. 

-If you smoke there is a $500 clean up fee

-Unconfirmed guests will be charged $40/night for the entire duration of the reservation

-Unconfirmed pets will be charged $200/pet

-If you don't check out by 10:00 AM, you will be charged a $125 fee for each extra hour you overstay. 

-If you overstay more than 3 hours, we charge a 2x daily rate fee and you will have to pay the full refund on any stay that needs to be canceled 

-If we find signs of pet related damages, we'll get an estimate from the correct vendor and we'll deduct any repair costs from your deposit. 

-If there is pet poop or any kind of pet damages in the backyard/front yard, we will deduct the cleaning and landscaping costs from your deposit

• Any attempts to access our securely locked closets will result in a fine of $200.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
