The sleeping arrangements feature four gorgeous king master suites—two on the main floor and two downstairs—each beautifully decorated with an accent wall, its own 55” Samsung Smart TV, and a private bath boasting vessel vanity sinks and stunning large tile showers. For the children (or big kids!), the bunk room is a dream, featuring ten custom bunk beds, a large hammock for relaxing, and an en suite bath with double vanities and a luxurious wet room.

Inside, the open-concept living area is centered around a beautiful rock fireplace and a 65” Smart TV with full surround sound. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded KitchenAid appliances, a waterfall edge granite island seating seven, and a dining table that comfortably fits ten. Entertainment is everywhere, with a dedicated game room featuring a pool table and a 65” TV, as well as foosball, ping pong, and shuffleboard.

Outdoor living is unmatched. The top deck provides two large sectional sofa areas, a stone fireplace with a 65” Smart TV, custom porch swings, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill and dining area for ten.
