The first floor offers a spacious living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find the first bedroom featuring two queen beds, a Smart TV, and a private full bathroom, along with a convenient half bathroom. The second floor houses the master bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bath, a third bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV, and a dedicated bunk room containing two bunk beds (four twins) and a Smart TV. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available on this level for your use.

Enjoy the outdoors in the recently updated grill and chill area, which includes a dining space and a designated chill zone with a fire pit. The property also features a brand new hot tub that accommodates four people.

Located in the West End of Panama City Beach, this home is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You are just a 6-7 minute easy walk from the beautiful white sands of the beach. For shopping and dining, Pier Park Mall is a 5-10 minute drive away, and local essentials like Walmart, Target, and Fresh Market are all close by.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a secure keypad, and check-out is at 10:00 AM with a no-chores policy. Please note that the primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited. Exterior video surveillance is in place for your security. A $50 fee applies for the use of the gas grill and fire pit (includes one propane tank each; refills are $25). Base pricing is for 12 guests; additional guests (over age 2) incur a fee of $25 per guest, per night. Travel insurance is strongly recommended due to potential seasonal weather disruptions in Florida.
