Welcome to Serenity Beach House, a brand new beach home in Panama City Beach, Florida! Spacious and charming, this residence is newly built and furnished in modern coastal style, featuring an open floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Whether you are planning family gatherings, entertaining friends, or simply unwinding after a long day on the beach, this home is the perfect retreat.

Designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, the home is one side of a duplex. The first floor offers a spacious living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping arrangements on this level include Bedroom 1 with two queen beds, a SMART TV, and a private full bathroom, while the living room couch pulls out into a queen-size sleeper sofa. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the first floor.

The second floor continues the comfort with a Master bedroom (Bedroom 2) featuring a King bed, SMART TV, and private bath. Bedroom 3 also offers a King bed and SMART TV, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 4. Bedroom 4 serves as a bunk room with two bunk beds (four twins) and its own SMART TV. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use during the stay.

Step outside to the recently updated Outdoor Grill & Chill Area, complete with a dining area and a "Chill Zone" featuring a fire pit. Guests can also enjoy the brand new hot tub, which accommodates four people.

Located in the West End of PCB, the home is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You are within a 6-10 minute easy walk to the beautiful white sands of the beach. Local conveniences including Walmart, Target, and Fresh Market are close by, and the Pier Park Mall is just a 5-10 minute drive away, surrounded by numerous restaurants and entertainment options.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via keypad
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (no chores checkout)
• Parking: Free on-site parking for 4 vehicles
• Rules: No smoking, no pets, and no parties
• Requirements: Primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay
• Amenities: High-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, Hot Tub, Gas Grill, and Fire Pit
• Fees: A $50 fee applies for use of the gas grill and gas fire pit (includes one propane tank each; refills are $25 per tank). Base pricing is for 12 guests; additional guests ($25 per guest/night) must be specified at booking.
