Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably, the home features a spacious 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom layout. The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a king bed and a standard tub. Additional sleeping arrangements include a guest room with a queen bed, a second guest room featuring a queen and two twin beds, and a final guest room equipped with twin-over-twin bunk beds.

The interior is designed for effortless living, highlighting a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded stainless-steel appliances, perfect for preparing the catch of the day. After spending time in the sun, you can unwind in the living room with a flat-screen TV or step outside to one of the multiple decks to watch boats glide through the harbor.

Located in the serene oasis of Holiday Isle, guests can enjoy two and a half miles of paved walking and biking trails. The property is just 350 yards from the O'Steen Public Beach Access and a short stroll from the jetties where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet—a prime spot for snorkeling and fishing. For dining and shopping, the water taxi provides easy access to harbor restaurants, while the nearby Destin Commons offers over 75 shops, AMC Movie Theaters, and family-friendly attractions like interactive water fountains and a pirate-themed playground.

• Snowbirds: Low monthly winter rates are available from November through February (must start and end on the 1st of the month), subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
