This expansive home is designed to accommodate up to 16 guests across two levels. The first floor features a spacious living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and Bedroom 1, which offers a king bed and a private bathroom. A convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.

The second floor serves as a retreat, featuring the Master bedroom (Bedroom 2) with a king bed, private bath, a private walk-out balcony, and stunning ocean views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each provide a queen-size bed and share a bathroom. For additional guests, the upstairs living area includes two full-over-full bunk beds and another queen-size sleeper sofa, complemented by a game area and Smart TVs.

Step outside to the huge backyard, a true oasis featuring a private pool with sun loungers, two gazebos, and an outdoor dining area. The dedicated chill zone includes a fire pit and a home theater projector for movie nights under the stars, along with fun games for children.

Located on the east side of the Thomas Drive area, you are just 200 feet from popular spots like Schooners, Montego Bay, and Scampi's, and close to Captain Jack's Crab Leg Buffet. A quick 3-minute drive brings you to St. Andrews Bay and the world-famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a secure keypad, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the home's quality, pets, smoking, and parties are strictly prohibited. All guests must be 25 or older unless traveling as a family with children. Please note that a $50 fee applies for the use of the gas grill and fire pit (includes one tank each). Base pricing covers 12 guests; an additional fee of $25 per guest, per night, applies for any guests beyond that limit.
