This inviting cottage features a comfortable layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 6 guests. The interior boasts an open floor plan, including a cozy living room and a master suite with a king-sized bed. The second bedroom features full-sized beds, ensuring everyone in your group has a restful place to sleep.

Guests will love the ultra-modern kitchen and dining room combo, which is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer. Step outside to the covered front porch or the side patio, where you can find an outdoor table and a charcoal grill for an evening cookout.

Nestled in the historic Pearl Beach area, this property puts you minutes away from local shopping, delicious restaurants, and the charming Main Street. The surrounding region is packed with activities, including golfing, water sports, wineries, and premier attractions like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, the House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and the Carolina Opry. For those visiting Little River or Calabash, you are just a short drive away.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking unit, and house parties or loud music are absolutely not permitted. We rent to families and adult couples aged 25 and over. One small dog weighing 25 pounds or under is welcome; however, no cats are allowed as the host is severely allergic. The property is golf cart, motorcycle, and trailer friendly (trailers require approval). Please note that charcoal for the grill is not included. As one of four cottages on a single parcel, this location is an excellent choice for sports groups or family reunions. Snowbirds are welcome from September 1st to May 1st with monthly rates available.
