Guests can relax in spacious living areas with plush seating and large windows that frame scenic views of the countryside, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Step outside to experience the magic of a 64-acre working crop farm. The wraparound porch, complete with rocking chairs, offers breathtaking valley views, while the large backyard provides ample space for picnics and games. For those traveling with four-legged friends, the expansive acreage is a paradise for dogs to run and play.

Located in a prime position for exploration, the farm is just 10 minutes from the town of Amity and within 30 minutes of over 200 renowned wineries. The city of Salem is only 15-20 minutes away, offering a diverse food scene. Local highlights include the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, Silver Falls State Park for hiking, and the nearby Bryn Mawr Vineyards for wine tasting and dining.

• Access: Keyless entry for the entire farmhouse. Garage, basement, storage closets, barns, and outbuildings are restricted.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $100 per dog per stay; cats are not permitted.
• Booking: Minimum age to book is 21. Payment terms are 50% at booking and the remainder 30 days prior to arrival (100% due if booking within 30 days).

Important Notes: As a working farm, guests may observe agricultural activities; during harvest (late July to late August), machinery may operate 24 hours a day. This is a historic home with characteristic creaks and varying water pressure in cozy bathrooms. There is no central A/C, but window units and fans are provided. Due to the rural setting, encounters with local wildlife and insects are possible. Exterior security cameras are positioned facing the driveway.
