Additionally, the home offers two custom bunk rooms, each equipped with a full-over-full and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. With three spacious living rooms and 10ft ceilings, there is plenty of inviting space for everyone to relax and gather.

Step outside to a resort-style paradise designed for entertainment. The expansive outdoor area includes a private pool and hot tub, along with a professional outdoor kitchen featuring a stainless natural gas grill, refrigerator, and a commercial-grade ice maker. You can enjoy the poolside TV or unwind in the 1,500 sq ft outdoor living area and deck, all while taking in the best sunsets on Key Allegro Island. For those who love the water, the 500ft fishing dock is equipped with submerged green lights for nighttime fishing, offering a prime spot for birdwatching and spotting dolphins in Little Bay.

Guests can take leisurely bike rides through Key Allegro Island or stroll down Bay Shore Drive to collect seashells. The Rockport Beach Park is only 5 minutes away and offers a boat launch ramp, perfectly complementing the property's wide driveway and boat slip. You'll find Super Walmart and HEB within a 5-minute drive, and Corpus Christi is only 30 minutes away.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet per night (maximum of 2 dogs). Additional fees apply for pool heating, hot tub use, and optional paddle board rentals. A 5% Texas Vacation Memories booking fee applies, and a rental agreement must be signed within 7 days of booking.
