Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A signed rental agreement and a $1,000 security deposit hold are required. The property maintains a strict no-pets and no-smoking policy (smoking inside incurs a $750 fee). Parties are prohibited, and quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. To protect the AC units, exterior doors must remain closed while the system is running. Please note that there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Specific rules apply to the pool and hot tub, including a strict no-glass policy to ensure guest safety.
