Designed for large groups, the home features a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The living space is thoughtfully split between two separate living rooms, providing ample areas for gathering or quiet reflection. The property is served by 2 bathrooms and includes a dedicated lower-level bunk room to maximize sleeping capacity.

For those seeking entertainment, the home boasts an entertainer's dream indoor/outdoor game-cave and a garage hangout. This space is packed with amazing activities, including a Golden Tee arcade, pool table, ping pong table, and a basketball shooting arcade game. Outside, the property extends its luxury to a private beach and a deck with plentiful seating and a fire pit. A dedicated toy shed provides access to kayaks and paddle boards for aquatic adventures.

Family-friendly convenience is a priority here; the home is fully stocked for kids and babies, featuring a pack n play, high chair, booster seat, books, jumpers, toys, and specialized kids' plates, cups, and utensils.

Located in the heart of Gladwin, the property offers a true lakefront experience. Guests are encouraged to enjoy swimming, fishing, and slow pontoon boating. Please note that due to previous flooding and dam failures in 2020, water levels are currently lower than historical norms. Caution is advised when boating as stumps may be present just below the water surface, and no tow or rescue boats are stationed on the water.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Regarding cancellations, a 100% refund is available if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival; no refunds are issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the reservation date.
