• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Plenty of on-site parking is available, including spaces next to the garage. Please note that the driveway is shared with a neighbor; guests must park on the left side as indicated by signs.
• Policies: Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of noise levels and follow the patio and quiet hour regulations provided upon arrival.
• Security & Agreements: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. A $500 off-platform security hold is collected via OwnerRez two days prior to arrival and released seven days after departure, pending no damage reports. For safety, exterior surveillance cameras are active 24/7 around the front yard, garage, front door, and rear deck.
