Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM with convenient keypad self check-in. All guests must sign a cottage rental agreement, and parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. The property features exterior security cameras monitoring parking and entrance areas, plus noise monitoring devices. Linens are available for $20 per person.
