For added convenience, there is a half-bathroom located by the main entrance next to the laundry room.

• Pets are allowed (housebroken only); a fee of $100 per pet per stay applies. Guests must remove all outside droppings to avoid additional fees.
• Firewood is not provided for the indoor or outdoor fireplaces; guests must bring their own.
• A fully refundable damage deposit of $250 is required.
• Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival; no refund within 30 days.
