This unique retreat features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest capacity of up to 8 people. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom located in an upstairs loft—described as the stairway to heaven—and a detached bedroom in a unique outbuilding with a queen bed and a mini split for maximum comfort, providing added privacy for your group.

Designed around nature, the home is filled with beautiful greenery and natural light. The spacious living area is made for thinking and dreaming, while the dining room can double as a conference room, complete with a white board and Apple TV. For relaxation, a jacuzzi tub is tucked behind a curtain to melt your stress away. The property also features a stylish, fully stocked kitchen and a dedicated laundry room.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The newly renovated backyard is perfect for entertaining, featuring a gas firepit, string lights for an evening glow, and an oversized umbrella for outdoor meals. Guests can experience the incredible nature-centered outdoor shower, allowing you to listen to the birds sing while you refresh.

Located in the extremely peaceful Shelby Hills neighborhood, you are just one block from the 960-acre Shelby Bottoms Park, which offers 25 miles of greenway, tennis courts, and a dog park. The Cumberland River boat input is only two blocks away, perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding toward downtown. Local favorites like The Post East coffee shop and Shelby Ave. Bicycle Co. are just a short walk away, and downtown Nashville is only a 6-minute drive.
