This intimate escape is designed for a couple's getaway or a productive work trip, featuring 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 1 full bathroom, and a guest capacity for up to 2 people. Inside, the cottage preserves its original character with beautiful hardwood floors throughout and a completely refurbished cast iron Eagle Clawfoot tub, offering a little slice of the property's history. The layout includes a living room area, an office desk and chair for those needing to work, and a bedroom separated by a privacy-enhancing barn door.

As the property is located off a main roadway, the owners are currently enhancing the landscape with new trees to provide an extra sound buffer.
