The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully themed: the main floor offers a cowboy-themed bedroom with a queen bed and toddler bed; the top floor features a hunting-themed room with a queen pillow-top bed and a twin trundle; and a Southwestern-themed room provides a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. Each space is impeccably appointed with soft linens and fluffy comforters.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood; therefore, no parties, events, weddings, pets, smoking, drugs, firearms, or fireworks are permitted. Guests must be 27 years or older to rent. A maximum of 3 vehicles per booking is allowed, and 4WD/AWD is absolutely required during winter months for the gravel road. Outdoor quiet hours begin at 9 PM. A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit are required at the time of booking.
