The residence features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Sleeping arrangements include the Evergreen master suite with a king bed and attached bath opening to a private deck with mountain views, the Cascade Room with a queen bed, and the Bronze Room which offers a queen bed with a twin bunk and a pull-out trundle. Additional flexibility is provided by pull-out memory foam queen sleeper sofas located in both the Great Room and the Look-out Room.

Inside, you will find a variety of curated spaces, including a dining room with a large table seating 12 and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stocked coffee bar with drip, single-serve, and french press options. The basement houses a dedicated game room complete with an arcade machine featuring 300 retro games, Nintendo (NES), Sega Genesis, and a soft-tip dart board. For cozy evenings, guests can enjoy the indoor wood-burning stove or gather around the outdoor bonfire pit with provided firewood.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring a private saltwater pool (heated seasonally) and a covered hot tub that can be used year-round. A Weber grill is also available on the back deck for open-air cooking.

Located in Landrum, South Carolina, the retreat is minutes from the Crest of the Blue Ridge Wine Country and the charming antique shops of downtown Landrum and Tryon.
