The sleeping arrangements include 4 luxurious King suites with plush mattresses and en suites—offering breathtaking ocean and sound views—along with a lower-level bunk room featuring two full-over-full bunks, perfect for children. The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the home's quality, no pets and no smoking are permitted on the property. Parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests must sign a Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. A $1,000 security deposit hold is processed the week prior to arrival. Please note specific house rules: no wet towels on furniture, exterior doors must remain closed while AC is running, and only toilet paper may be flushed. No food or waste is permitted in the kitchen sink as there is no garbage disposal. A strict no-glitter and no-dye policy is in effect. Pool heating is available for an additional $600/week (April-June, Sept-Oct) with 3 days' notice.
