About Property

Discover the ultimate Swedish-inspired getaway at Trädhuset, a unique IKEA-themed luxury studio nestled in the heart of Lindsborg, Kansas. Translating to "the treehouse," this airy retreat is designed to provide a tranquil sanctuary for up to 4 guests, combining modern sustainability with a warm, welcoming vibe.

This spacious studio is thoughtfully configured with two beds and one bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen-size Casper bed for a restful night's sleep and a versatile sofa that converts into a double bed. The interior lives big, featuring stunning vaulted cathedral ceilings with wood beams and two triangular dormer windows that welcome the robin's-egg blue Kansas skies.

Designed for both relaxation and productivity, the layout includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and locking drawer, complemented by blazing-fast gigabyte-speed WiFi. Entertainment is effortless with a smart TV featuring Hulu+Live TV (ad-free) that swivels between the living and sleeping areas. The home features a fully equipped U-shaped kitchen with full-size stainless-steel appliances, butcher block countertops, and a raised dining bar that seats four.

The luxe bathroom offers a spa-like experience with dual vanities, a colorful glass-tiled backsplash, and a sumptuous oversized tiled walk-in shower with heated floors. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located within a dedicated closet in the bathroom area. Outside, guests can retire to a large, furnished balcony shaded by mature trees, perfect for planning the next day's adventures.
