The property features a thoughtful layout across three distinct living spaces: a 3-bedroom main home, a 1-bedroom guest apartment, and an additional 1-bedroom suite located across the porch. In total, the estate provides 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 3 King bedrooms and 2 Queen bedrooms. To ensure a perfect night's sleep, every bed is equipped with Purple® mattresses, complemented by luxury linens and spa-grade towels. Four of the five suites feature private en-suite bathrooms, providing peaceful, hotel-like retreats for every guest.

Curated by an owner experienced in high-end custom interior design, the home blends upscale style with laid-back coastal charm. The open-concept great room serves as the heart of the home, connecting a fully stocked chef's kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a cozy living room for effortless entertaining. For those seeking indulgence, the spacious den is equipped with a large bar, game table, and oversized lounge chairs with ottomans.

Host requests

During the stay
1. Guests will be required to sign a rental contract and occupant agreements after the booking is finalized on the Airbnb platform. Guests will also be required to provide a credit card for a security hold before your stay.
2. Our Cancellation policy is unique and specific to our properties: If cancellation is made at least 60 days before arrival, 100 % refund (except for a $250 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refund to cover credit card charges). No refund after 60 days from arrival unless we are able to rebook the home, and then the refund will be 90 % of the original amount paid or the difference between the amount of rental received from the new renter and the amount originally paid.
3. No smoking on the property or in the home.
4. No pets other than approved dogs that meet all requirements of HappyintheKeys and fees must be paid before dogs can join your group in the home.
5. The first payment you make is actually a down payment toward the total rental amount. We do not have a security deposit.
6. We charge $150 as a management fee that includes an insurance policy for accidental damage insurance with a third party.
7. The maximum occupancy for each house includes the total of adults and children, regardless of age. Therefore either 6, 8 or 10 people depending on the number of bedrooms of the house you reserve.
8. Our checkin time is 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and our checkout time is 9:30 a.m. We keep our homes spotless and we need the time on Saturdays to make the homes pristine for your arrival.
9. No parties or special events are allowed unless prior approval is given by the property manager, Sean Rempfer.
10. Our homes are all located in quiet residential areas. Our neighbors, many of whom are locals, must be respected. No loud music or noise is allowed on the property that violates the city code or the respect of our neighbors and neighborhood.
11. The ocean canals are no wake zones. You must drive and operate your boats without wakes in the canals.
