Welcome to Yasmin Villa, a home away from home in Protaras, Famagusta, where a great summer vibe awaits your group. This inviting retreat is designed for those looking to embrace the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoy a relaxing getaway in a prime location.

The villa is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are located upstairs, featuring 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 double beds and 2 single beds. For your convenience, there is a main bathroom upstairs equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, while the master bedroom offers an additional private shower. Two of the double rooms also feature balconies, perfect for catching a morning breeze. Downstairs, guests will find an additional toilet for ease of access.

Step inside to a space that feels completely home from home. The ground floor is designed for relaxation and is fully equipped for a self-catering vacation, including fly screens for your comfort. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with plenty of cutlery and plates.

The outdoor area is where you can truly embrace the summer. You will find a beautiful big pool surrounded by a mature, well-maintained garden and plenty of sunbeds. For those evenings spent outdoors, the villa offers a dining area under a pergola and a chill-out sofa area equipped with an electric awning for flexible sun or shade. A gas BBQ is also provided for your use.

Location is everything at Yasmin Villa. You are just 400m from a small beach and 650m from the Protaras High Street. Decosta Beach is only 400m away, while Fig Tree Bay is located within 900m. For daily essentials, the nearest kiosk and shop are just 250m from your door.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed
• Electric: The villa uses a fob system; the metal fob must remain attached to the keys to activate electricity. Removing the fob will result in a fee to reattach the welded ring. A second set of keys is available under a fair use system (350 KwH per week), with additional usage charged at 0.25 EUR per KwH.
• BBQ Rules: Use only gas; do not put charcoal in the BBQ as this will forfeit the damage deposit. Please leave the grill clean to avoid a 20 EUR cleaning fee.
• Requirements: A pre-arrival form and signed agreement to rental conditions are required prior to stay.
