The interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort and entertainment, boasting a new custom kitchen and a dedicated game room complete with a pool table. For added accessibility, the home includes an indoor elevator and ADA-friendly ramps throughout, including an accessible master bedroom with a roll-in shower. To keep everyone connected, the home is equipped with 10 TVs and free WiFi.

The property features a stunning 140-foot lazy river with a lighthouse replica, a large swimming pool, a wading/kiddie pool, and a relaxing hot tub. • Minimum age to book: 25 (Primary renter must be 25+; no one under 25 may occupy the unit without a parent)
• Pets: Up to 2 approved dogs allowed (breed approval required) with an additional pet fee
• Smoking: Non-smoking property
• Water Features: Pool and lazy river are open mid-April through October. Heating is available for an additional fee (All features: $1000, Pool only: $450, Lazy river only: $650)
• Insurance: Travel insurance must be purchased via a third party at least 14 days after booking; proof of policy is required for reimbursement of up to 10% of the rental fee upon completion.
