The property is spread over two floors across a generous 800m2, providing ample room for up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include five double bedrooms featuring 1.6m and 1.8m beds, complemented by two single sofa beds for additional flexibility. Guests will find five bathrooms in total, including three bathtubs and two showers, all equipped with hairdryers.

Inside, the home is designed for gathering and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. A standout feature is the dining room, which boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a table capable of seating up to 25 people. The living room is tailored for entertainment, featuring satellite TV, a stereo, a comfortable sofa, and Wi-Fi throughout the entire house.

The outdoor experience is equally impressive, featuring a 200 square meter garden perfect for walking, a private 30 square meter pool with umbrellas, and relaxing hammocks. For active entertainment, guests can enjoy the ping pong table or a meal prepared at the barbecue with accompanying garden furniture and a porch area.

Located just 2 km from the beautiful Puerto de Andratx, the finca is ideally positioned for exploration. Practical conveniences are nearby, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants within 3 km, while the nearest beach and golf course are only 5 km away.

• Check-in: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• The ECOTASA (Balearic tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• Only families or couples over 30 years of age are accepted; parties are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement between the parties.
• A deposit is required to secure the reservation and will be returned at the end of the stay.
• Heating is available for an additional surcharge of €20 per day.
• Late check-in fees: €40 for arrivals after 9:00 PM; €50 for arrivals after midnight (by request).
• Loss of keys incurs a €100 surcharge.
