Designed for large groups and families, the home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across two levels: the upstairs offers a King bedroom with gorgeous lake views and a rocking chair, as well as two Full bedrooms. The downstairs provides a double Twin bedroom with lake views and a single Twin bedroom complete with kids' books. Three full bathrooms serve the home, including an upstairs soaking tub and shower stalls.

Step inside to a gorgeous living room characterized by stone fireplaces, a 70-inch TV, and a piano, offering tons of seating for the whole group. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking stove/oven, dishwasher, and a variety of small appliances like an Instant Pot and air mixer. For those working remotely, the home provides multiple desks, WiFi, and a dedicated office space featuring an art easel and nature views.

Outdoor living is a primary highlight of the property. Guests can enjoy multiple decks with rocking chairs and benches, a private dock, and a private beach. The lodge provides an array of water gear, including 5 kayaks, a canoe, and various life jackets for exploring the lake. For children, there is an enclosed swingset and play area.

Located in a nature-rich neighborhood setting, Aqua Lodge offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. While the home boasts a private beach, it is situated within a community where other homes and a public beach are nearby.

Practical Details:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Up to two well-behaved dogs (under 50 lbs, over 1 year old) are welcome for a nonrefundable fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must stay off furniture and beds.
• Restrictions: Guests must be 25 or older. Smoking, vaping, candles, and open flames are strictly prohibited. Indoor fireplaces are unavailable for guest use.
• Policies: A damage protection waiver is included covering up to $2,000 in accidental damage. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.
