Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed but must be on the reservation with the pet fee paid prior to arrival. This is a non-smoking property; cigarette butts or related trash found on-site will result in an extra cleaning fee. El Dorado County enforces strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests must be respectful of neighbors to avoid fines or eviction. Please note that street parking is prohibited, though three driveways and a 2-car garage are provided. Trash must fit within the two 96-gallon bear bins provided; otherwise, a $200 dump fee will be assessed. For safety, baby gates are provided for stairs, and 4x4 vehicles with chains are strongly advised during winter snow. Children under 6 do not count against occupancy limits.
