🧖♀️ Sauna Quick Start Guide • Warm-Up Time: Give the sauna at least 30 minutes to reach your ideal temperature after you switch it on. • The Controls: There are two black regulators on the unit:
- Right Dial: This is the thermostat to control the heat level.
- Left Dial: This is the timer. Turn it until it reaches number one—you’ll hear a loud click, which means the sauna is officially on and working! • Safety Note: The sauna does not shut off automatically. Please make sure to shut off the timer manually after every session.
