The primary bedroom enjoys the privacy of an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom utilizes a shared full bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully appointed with rain showers.
This chic minimalist space was curated by award-winning interior designer Susana Cervantes to embody authentic Tulum style. The heart of the home is a roomy, open-concept kitchen featuring granite countertops, a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, and blender. For those staying longer, a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine and drying rack is available. The entire unit is fully air-conditioned and features blackout blinds for restful sleep. Guests can step out onto a private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening Mojito while gazing into the lush greenery.

HOUSE RULES
• Check-in with our hosts is anytime from 4PM onwards. We will always send you detailed self check-in instructions. • Check-out is by 11 AM. • Late Check-out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: $40 extra. • Late Check-out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts. • Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. • No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. • No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. • No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. • Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. • Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. • Please avoid moving furniture. • Pets are welcome in our home for an additional fee. • If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. • Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, or bottles are allowed in the pool. • We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. • Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. • Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. • Noise: Tulum is a high-growth area with a great deal of real estate development and you may hear construction noise during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. • Sustainability: Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
