• Access: Requires two flights of stairs; the final staircase is steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (max 1 pet, max 25 lbs) subject to mandatory screening, a $50 per night fee, and a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets may not be left unattended.
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping inside. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Laundry is generally unavailable to suite guests.
