This distinctive tiny house combines a passion for auto-racing themed décor with the serenity of the Wichita Mountains, offering a perfect escape for couples, solo travelers, or those visiting for Basic Training Graduation.

This second-floor tiny house is designed for comfort and efficiency, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 bed (a queen bed equipped with a full-sized trundle) and 1 bathroom. The space is thoughtfully laid out to maximize every inch, ensuring a cozy atmosphere for up to 4 guests. Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower stall.

Experience the outdoors from your own private vantage points. Guests enjoy a second-floor landing deck with a bistro set, as well as an expansive rooftop deck with additional seating and stunning mountain views. Please note that the stairs to the rooftop deck are very steep and must be climbed like a ladder, facing it both going up and down.

As part of the InnHabit resort, you are situated in a charming semicircle of ten tiny houses centered around a communal grain bin gazebo. This shared gathering space includes a community gas grill for your use (please bring your own utensils and dishes, as only disposable items are provided). Onsite amenities at InnHabit include Little Bear Street Eats, The Refuge Ale House, Little Bear Sweet Eats, Misty’s Popcorn shop, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars.

Located in the heart of town, Full Throttle Garage puts you just a few minutes from Cobblestone Row, local shops, restaurants, Bath Lake swimming, and the scenic Wichita Mountains trails. Fort Sill is only a 10-minute drive away. Because of this central location, guests should expect foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during local events.

• Parking: One reserved parking spot per tiny house
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking indoors (permitted on private patios). No parties or events without prior permission. A maximum of 6 people are allowed on decks. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on rooftop decks. Please remove all trash to dumpsters upon departure and leave the key on the counter.
