The resort hosts multiple on-site businesses including Little Bear Street Eats restaurant, The Refuge Ale House bar, dessert and popcorn shops, a pet boutique, and cigar shop.

Your location puts you within walking distance of Bath Lake for swimming, local shops, bars, and hiking trails. Adventure seekers will appreciate being just 5 minutes from Mt Scott, 7 minutes from Lake Lawtonka, and 10 minutes from Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. The resort is also conveniently located near Fort Sill for military family visits, plus museums and casinos for entertainment.

Important guest information: This is a lively, central location with frequent foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events. Smoking is prohibited indoors but allowed on private patios. Pets and parties require prior permission. The rooftop deck is exclusively for upstairs guests, with a maximum capacity of 6 people and no alcohol permitted. Safety reminder: use the rooftop ladder carefully, facing it while climbing up and down, and never climb under the influence. Community gas grill is available (bring your own utensils and dishes). Hosts Noel and Julie are often available on-site for assistance. Checkout is 11:00am with simple requirements: remove all trash and leave the unit unlocked with keys on the counter.
