This spacious 2,700-square-foot residence is meticulously crafted to accommodate groups of up to 12 guests without ever feeling crowded. The layout features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three king ensuites and a dedicated bunk room featuring a twin bunk over a twin trundle and a twin-over-queen bunk.

The main level is centered around an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. A unique two-sided gas fireplace warms both the interior and the back patio. The fully stocked kitchen includes an ice maker in the fridge and full cookware, with seating for 8 at the dining table and 5 at the kitchen bar. Two king ensuite bedrooms and a half bath are located on this floor for easy accessibility.

Upstairs, the entertainment continues in a game room equipped with a real poker table, skee-ball, and a TV. This space opens directly onto a private rooftop deck with a gas fire pit, offering the perfect vantage point for sunset. The third king ensuite and the bunk room are also located on this level, supported by a shared bathroom.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated in the serene landscape of Orderville, Narrows Landing is located twenty-five minutes from Zion's East Entrance and one hour from Bryce Canyon. While the South Entrance shuttle for The Narrows and Angels Landing is about 50 minutes away, guests can drive themselves directly to East Zion's lesser-known trails.
